We want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on products that remain in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unopened perfume bottles in their original box and a protective outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or send the package to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service of your choice.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items to ensure they are untampered, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
